Practical design with maximal plant impact
Every garden is unique. Each plant and feature has the potential to bring us closer to nature. With over 6,000 California native plants, there are endless opportunities to create native wildlife habitats. A garden can be a space for growing your own food, mediation, local ecology restoration, and more. Both edible gardens and native gardens work best when they are integrated. They provide an ecosystem for birds, butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects. When gardens are designed with this approach, we save water, support watersheds, reduce pesticide runoff, and minimize maintenance.
