Golden Gate Trees is operated by Jake Palumbo, a passionate and detail-oriented landscape designer and ecological gardener who redesigns urban spaces to maximize the environmental benefits of landscaping through small and large scale green infrastructure projects. He attributes much of his expertise to growing up on a farm in Maryland, nonprofit and community garden work, and a BA in Biology from Occidental College. His work draws on inspiration from the cities he's lived in and traveled to in the U.S. and those that he's visited abroad. The projects he undertakes are built to last and bring out the unique creativity in each client. Every project is a collaborative process and a chance to promote healthy urban ecosystems.
